Connection closed ,try reload connection !

I have these messages came up to the Top Eleven application on Facebook and the Official site
Connection closed,try reload the connection and the other one is "Facebook is not responding ,please wait or try again later ,if this problem presists ,contact top eleven support "!

i made everything :cashe,network connection ,waited a little bit asked friends of mine ,sent messages to the support and nothing help !
