Delete Facebook Profile

Hi,

I have been playing Top Eleven for some time now on my Ipad. At some point in time, I also tried to connect via Facebook and it created a new account with a new team. I would like to delete this but I don't know how. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me how to log-out / delete / uninstall this Facebook profile so that I can upload to Facebook the profile that is currently only running remotely on my Ipad.
