Player bought but not avaiable

I bought a player a couple of hours ago, but I it is not avaiable... I kind of need it for my match in 40min... I have a print screen of the purchase, where can i email it to?

Sometimes there is a delay,maybe if the player was in a match? Usually when I don't get a guy right away it seems to be about an hour delay. If it's more than that I would contact support Nordeus Support
