Hello, I've been playing the game for a while now and i've been having some issues. I can't see the best quality players for my current level since the beginning. It's been 4 seasons and I thought that it is some kind of technical problem but the problem still exists. For example now im a 4th level and the maximum quality of players that i'm supposed to be buying/seeing is 39. In my case since the beginning of the season i've never seen a player from proper rank. For the last 10 days i havent even seen a player with 5 stars (*****). All my friends playing the game have no such problems and quality players are available for them all the time. I wrote a letter to the administrators and i haven't got any answer. I think the reason for that is because i registered from a smart phone.
Is there any possible solution for this because it's very irrotating.

It's also possible that you're on a new server and level 4 is already the highest level in your server. If you don't get promoted for a few seasons, you'll solve that problem and have plenty of cheap 5* players, but of course, the downside is no promotion and CL football for a few seasons.

I've never been in your situation, I'm well below the top level in my server and I'm happy with how easy it is for me to sign players.

Level 3 here and there's only 4* players.. If there is a 5* player he's old and if he's young then he's a bad trainer.

You must happy with 4*, I find only 3*
