    Bought tokens, didnt recive

    Hi!

    i bought a package of token but i just got this message: You have already purchased this item in the app but you have not downloaded it

    anyone have any idea what to do ? :/

    Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If that doesnt fix, please put in a request for Nordeus Support

    Bummer about when this occurred, sorry for ya. They are off weekends, so give it a bit of time. Possibly someone else on here who has seen that error will tell us how to fix..
