still have no acces to the game,i could log in on my smarphone,but now cannot do this ,so no acces on my comuter or smartphone

Can't log in long time. not the first time it happens. doesnt work from facebook, site and phone app.

I think problem is from nordeus,I tried open game on my smartphone using internet from my operator and still cannot log in.I'M GETTING ANGRY WITH THIS

I had that problems for few days, then I just disabled my firewall and it been solved.

I want to warm a bit this topic as the situation happens again !!!
I can't log in to my account 2 days already and I'm stuck on the "Initializing" screen...
I've asked Nordeus on their FB fan page but no answer... I filled 2 tickets already to support team - the same result - no respond !!!
This is my last writing to the support team:

I just want to ask what is going on lately with the sever ?
This is happening few days already.
Everything is ok until I try log in to the server - game is just stuck one screen... for example " reading Information about team" and is loading like 10-15 min... and yesterday and today I'm stuck in screen "Initializing"... Refreshing page doesn't help - I'm always stuck in the same moment.
Internet is working ok because there is no problem at all to read any other pages (for example Facebook is working just perfect).
I've spoke to my colleagues and some of them are facing the same problems.
Because of those issue we can't attend our games which is not good because
we loose of advantage about ball possession. We can't train team, we can't make changes to the team, if we play 2 or 3 games per day we don't have a chance to refresh condition which can lead to injuries etc etc...
I've tried all steps which you gave as an advice in HELP :
Clear the cache of your Internet browser – DONE
Ensure you are running the latest version of your browser - LATEST
Update your version of Adobe Flash Player and clear Flash cache – see the instructions below - UP TO DATE
Try playing on a different browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer - DONE
But nothing helps.
Buy Token section works, Win Tokens section works, Help section works, just game doesn't work !!!
We are spending real money to make good teams and get results as good as possible but because of issue we just loose them...

Guys let me know please if you have any idea what is going on because clearly Nordeus doesn't feel responsible for this issue... and I hope they will not try to convince me (as always) that there is some problem on my side...
I have the exactly same problem man, i tryed log in to game from Explorer,firefox,chrome, today i even formated my pc but still same problem,, initializing and freezing.. i missed 3 days now.. and i sent 3 support help tickets with NO ANSWERS and i really getting tired of this crappy support nordeus have.. please help me to play again,,

Do you people really don't care about people who are paying to play this game (on proper level) ?

OMG bad creds to your support team now, i been waiting for 2 days and no response from you guys, and my top11 team is having matches also and i can not log on to check everything and maintain my team.. fix this so i can play.. i tryed everything u say on support page but its not working!! i will sue you if you not fix fast, i paid alot of money for token just 2 days ago and now you making trouble for me to play!!

today i formated my pc and changed from win 7 to win 8 but after i reinstalled all flash and stuff, the game is still not starting for me.. its still freezing on intializing

In order to identify the problem faster and more efficiently, please:
1. Provide us a screenshot of the issue
2. Confirm us which browser are you using
3. Update your Flash player
4. Try to login from other browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer) clearing the cache. Here are 3 different ways to clear cache:
a. Refresh with CTRL + F5 - that will refresh with the clear cache.
b. Open some flash content (i.e. YouTube) -> Right click on content -> Global Settings -> In Storage tab click Delete All -> In Advanced tab click Delete all for Browsing and Settings.
c. Visit the following link and you will see detailed instructions how to clear the cache depending on the browser you use: Can not load the game : Nordeus Support
If the problem persists, please try to log in using some other computer or some other platform (Top Eleven is also available on iOS and Android platforms for mobile devices). Please let us know how everything above works, and then we will continue the investigation. OH MY GOD SO CLEVER SUPPORT?!??!?!?!?!!!
This is their standard answer... they are trying blame user for any issue which you can come across during playing.
I've told them this already when they asked me once about feedback regarding support team help.
But as many of my friends are facing the same problem this fault just can't be on our side.
They are charging for every single upgrade you want to do to you team to keep it on the high lev and good performance so I would expect that if Im paying money I will receive proper service which in this case is just poor.
And the worst thing is that they don't even bother to answer to my email... as you can see I already answered all those questions they asked you... and I've sent screenshot as well... so there is no excuse for them to keep quiet and hope that maybe someone will forget... I've paid real money to play this game on good lev so that not gonna happen.
Just to keep you updated - I'm trying to contact Nordeus 3rd day already (via email, support tickets, Facebook and Twitter) still no answer - literally 0... this is so embarrassing... shame on you Nordeus for treating us in this way !!!
As I and my friends invested our money in this game (I personally on my and my son teams) we will probably start to report this game on Facebook, Twitter and PayPal as a scam... because now looks like they took our money and run away... shutting down server and with out word of explanation and with out opportunity for us to use service we've paid for.
I have a similar trouble, I could connect but after 5 minutes I lost the connection and I lose all my setting... I have to refresh and do the same thing another time... it's very boring...
