    Error Connecting

    Hello, since 12 of December i have a problem to play in my android. Every time i try to login the game, appears the follow message: "there was an error connecting to the server. Do you want to retry?"

    i just tried that and still appears the error:
    1. Go to "Settings"
    2. Select "Applications"
    3. Tap on "Manage Application"
    4. Choose Top Eleven app to "Force stop" and ''Clear data''
    5. Go back into the game app

    I tried format the andoid also and nothing

    Please help me in here guys

    I would suggest Nordeus Support
    at this point you have tried the things to try.

    i make a request to Nordeus support two days ago, and no answer from them..

    im so tired...

    I know it is frustrating, I sympathize. But with the phone there is only so many things to try, delete all data, clear cache, uninstall/reinstall. Are you on wi-fi or Gs? When my connection is poor, game just won't connect.


    Try updating your ticket with support, the begin of the Season is very very busy for them.

    Cat Harrison, I have the same problem that have Ribas... My phone is fly iq441, with Android 4.0.4, but it's not working, appears the follow message: "there was an error connecting to the server. Do you want to retry?" I wrote to a support team, but there is no results No answer.

    I regret that the Nordeus not assume your mistakes and try to put the blame on other things!!! its a really shame!!

    I still have the problem. Anyone who had that problem too, how did you fix that? I cannot login in the last 3 weeks, can anyone help me?

    it's been two or three months i can't connect from iPhone :/ also from the macbook is says anonymous..wtf!!
