Sounds to me like someone might have put in negotiation bid in for your players do you play through pc or mobile device ? If it is a mobile device you have to go online to stop them putting a negotiation in for one of your players . If someone puts a bid in and your player is not protected they win that player . Did you notice any more tokens or money added to your balance ??? You get so long to stop the bid think its 3 hours .
