OK, well. If I understand, you have friends that you cannot see their fixtures. They are on another server than yourself. You can play friendly matches and send gifts no matter what server, but fixtures is same server only. No, you cannot move servers at this time.
The best way to try to be together is before everyone joins the game, one invites another and all join game at same time/level.
