connection server problem

hello every one
I have problem opening the game: it take while it loads compleetly 100% the game and then it shows an error like this:
oops, it seems like there is a problem with connection server.
server might be down for maintenance, please try again later.

me too... for 3 weeks from now.. i sent a message to Nordeus Support, and after a long chat, they cannot solve my problem.. they dont know what to do. ..i need help or im gonna have to quit the game
