Need Help connection to server

I need help i am from South Africa every time i connect from my pc to top eleven it shows that there is a problem with connection to server.

What do i do to solve this Problem Thanks.

This happens if internet connection is too slow, or also too if you connect through a proxy. There could be another issue. You might want to send a request for help from Nordeus Support
