Can't enter the game from PC

Hi, I have problems to enter the game for over 2 days now.
I can't enter from my PC, it says "INITIALIZING..." and the green bar is full but it doesn't change. I tried different browsers (Explorer and Chrome), I tried to delete my history files and cache but none make a change.
But i have none problems to get in from my iPhone application.

what is the problem?

I just tried to enter the game from other PC I have and there is no problem to enter.
The problem is only on my PC.
