hi

today i bought a paysafe card 10$.i clicked in 80 tokens and clicked on pay. my internet conection lost.after that i checked the conection and i fixed the problem with the internet.when i conect again with the top eleven my tokens was 0.i checked the paysafe card and my money was 2.47$.now my tokens are 0.....plz help
