referral not showing

i have a friend who is level 13 and the last 3 games i have not been awarded on my matchmaker ?? i know i get these as when he watched i got the 1 added since he`s started

O`K my referral watched my game yesterday and still stuck on 491 watched games so that`s 4 games he`s watched and nothing so now i`m wondering how many other referral`s rewards i`v not been awarded ??

I only have one referral, and it is once in a blue moon I see anything on it, but now I wonder.

i would but they can`t tell ass from there elbow this is why i`m hoping someone that someone from Nordeus will explain why ? i`m stuck on 491 watched games with my mate watching 4 so far this season and should be 495 but again how many more have not been added ? as when i reach 500 i should get 3 tokens

o`k i sent Nordeus a email yesterday (Wednesday) about this and all they did was reply to what i already know about referral so i sent a reply back say i know all that but this referral i`v been getting reward since he`s started and now i`m stuck on 491 games watched by him and i know he`s watched games so why is the reward not being given to me as when i reach 500 games watched i get 3 tokens ?? so now thursday and still no response back from support

this is not true plus he watched his game today and still no reward so that`s now 8 games watched and still on 491 games watched

I also have referals and he is not no my server, how can he watch my game or i watch His games?

this is point my referral is on my server and suddenly i`m not getting reward for games watched but i did get reward for when he added a special ability to one of his player`s the other day so what the hell is going on

so am i going to get a reply as to why i`m not getting awarded for games watched by my referral he`s watched his and mine game yesterday so i should be on 501 games watched and i know he`s on same server as i`v been getting these since he started plus i got token for him completing special ability for one of his player`s other day, yes i phoned support and just got they could be on different server ? well this is NOT the case
