Can't connect to facebook because I already have another team registered... D:

Hi, so I've played the game for a month now. I'm level 2 now, at the start of my 2nd season.

I've only been playing the game on my phone and I haven't connected to facebook before.

I decided to play on my computer and when I connected with facebook, the game created a new team for my facebook account. Now I can't connect to facebook because every time it tells me that my facebook account already has a team registered.

Any idea how I can play on my computer without logging into facebook, or how I can delete the team that's connected to my facebook?
