im new to this site and this game. I have been playing for 4 weeks now with no issues at all both on my iPhone and my laptop. i have been trying to connect the game for the past 18 hours, but its not successful. It kept saying that it can't connect. Same result on both my iphone and my laptop. I tried to clear cache and tried all my 4 browsers, but morhing changed. Please kindly suggest what I should do. I contacted support and heard nothing. Thank you very much.

Flashplayer settings maybe to low (standard 10 kb my settings)
I have changed it to 1 mb so i get get more cache for the flashplayer
Suggestion what i did
1.Adobe - Flash Player: Instellingenbeheer - Het deelvenster Algemene opslaginstellingen
2.Adobe - Flash Player: Instellingenbeheer - Het deelvenster Opslaginstellingen website for nordeus site
Ill hope this help your guy's for the flashplayer cache problems
This way you can clear the cache once a day or two
After changing the settings to 1mb or 100kb it seems that facebook also performing faster with the app topeleven (faster loading)
Update: Update your network drivers from pc and the video-drivers

i'm trying to start my game but it stops loading at the "gathering the latest news" section and i deletde the app and tried re-installing but it still doesn't work.... someone help me

We just released an update on Google Play Store which should fix this issue.

I'm playing T11 on ios 7.1 and android using home wifi. I already install the latest update of T11 on both ios and android.
I always having connectivity error message on ios, but works fine on android. I even reinstall T11 on my ios but didn't help. I play more on ios than android. So, please solve this problem, Nordeus.

Web version of the game is not loading, tested on Firefox, Chrome, Safari, IE. On both PC and Mac (Not IE) from various locations.
