Bought player doesn't appear in team

Bought a player but apparently my squad was too big... I sacked 3-4 players to make room for my new signing yet still he doesn't appear in my squad. The money and tokens used are gone, the message stating id signed this player is there but he's not.

If it's some sort of penalty for stupidly buying a player before trimming your squad down then what a horrendous rule and I'm done with this game. Or it's just a bug? Will I get my player I paid for?!

sounds like a bug as even if do sign someone with full squad he still he should be in team but needs to sign a contract that has 7 days before goes on a free, contact nordeus support and if you have a screen shot of this player then that will help

Yes, it can take up to HOURS. If the player was scheduled in a match, or if the seller's (yours looks fine from screen shot, but if it wasn't it could also cause delay) clock wasn't synched with the server's it can take time to resolve and send him to you.
