I won the player but he is not in my team.

if you have a full squad, you will have to release one to sign the new player. in team you can scroll down and if there is a contract right of the new player, there you go

Also too there can be a delay, maybe he was in a game, I don't know, but I have had up to an hour delay in getting guys I've signed. (only happened a couple times though and you could always try http://forum.topeleven.com/bugs-tech...-computer.html )
