Player gone after winning the auction

I bought/won a player at the auction but I can't find it in my team.

sometimes theyre late to the party, try refreshing the page. some people say they could even arrive a few hours late
do you have 22 players in your team? if so youve reached the max amount of players and will need to make room before any new players can join your team

Yes there could be a short delay, I have had an hour delay before. It could be clock issues or they were scheduled for a match. If you have a full squad you will need to scroll down to see him, and like mentioned by the fonz, if you have 22 you will need to sell or sack someone to be able to sign him.
