Hi guys , I have been playing top eleven on my iphone for 9 months , yesterday I changed phones to Samsung , and now I cant access my level 10 team game , can any help me with some suggestions how I can play this game ?

Hi mate, your on android I presume, I use a galaxy fame and I get T11, whar OS version you using?, I think you need at least 4.1

if you still have your old iphone try to find the IMEI, add random numbers into the support form (except for the IMEI), and request your old iphones team to be saved. not sure if you can transfer from phone to phone but i think its best to just open a new FB and have support transfer your old team to your new FB first
of course this is what others have said, i havent tried it yet
Have you tried logging into FB on you phone then getting onto T11 that way?Quote:
