can't log in

it is the whole day that I can't log in to my account via PC and topeleven page.
Someone else is experiencing this problem?

You can't login, but what message you receive or what happens when you try the login? That type of info are helpfull to try help you...

You can try:

If your game doesn’t load, please:

Clear the cache of your Internet browser – see the instructions below
Ensure you are running the latest version of your browser
Update your version of Adobe Flash Player and clear Flash cache – see the instructions below
Try playing on a different browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer


Clear Your Browser Cache:

Internet Explorer:

Click on the 'Tools' menu from the top of your browser
Then scroll down to 'Internet Options'

Firefox:

Choose the Tools menu from the top of your browser

You will be prompted with a selection of check-boxes. Please check only the box for Cache and press the Clear Now button at the bottom of the popup. Refresh your browser and reload the game.



Chrome:

Click on "Customize and Control Google Chrome" in the upper right corner of your browser
Click on "Tools"
Under the Privacy category, select 'Clear Browsing Data'
Check the box that says 'Empty the cache' and select 'Clear browsing data'. Refresh your browser and reload the game.



Clear Your Flash Cache:

If your are still having problems loading the game, please try clearing your Flash cache:

You will see the Adobe Flash Player Settings Manager
Click on the last tab on the right (the folder Icon). Within this tab you will see a button: "Delete All Sites."
Click on this button and confirm
Reload your game

I am also having issues. I can log in from Facebook but not main site. I am going to try restarting my router, sometimes that is a problem.

That wasn't it either. I've tried everything and still:

Facebook still works though I haven't tried my phone.

this problems happens to me 1-2 days each week and still didn't find a solution .. "The problem exists right now"

It might be fluctuating internet speed, I get it when my connection is too slow sometimes. Thats when I restart the router and mostly that fixes it.

hmm my net speed is so fast, downloading atm with more than 1m.b/sec.
but I will try restarting router too

Edit : restarting the router didn't work firefox time till the problem fixes itself.
