Auction suddenly can't bid anymore(lost many tokens)

I have some problems with bidding. It's not the first time it happens to me.
When I'm bidding on a player I suddenly can't bid anymore(icon grey instead of green, not working). So I lost about 20-30 tokens in total.

Is there a possibility to get back my lost tokens?

it's probably a connection issue. you were in 3G or wifi ?
Anyway, you will not have your token back...

It happens with both, 3G and WIFI. With WIFI it wasn't a connection issue I think. But it doesn't really matter, it's just frustrating.

I think it's a bug. Maybe they can take a look at it and fix it..

Lucky you. In the past the exact same thing has happened to me many times but luckily not in the past few seasons. Nordeus keep saying it was a connection problem but everything was perfect. Very frustrating!!!

No matter how many times you contact NORDEUS support you are not getting your tokens back...

It could have been an connection issue...

I was in the auction and suddenly it just finished!
I was really wondering, because I was allways watching the screen during the auction...
and yes I was allways taking place in the current round

so because I coundnt believe what happend I checked the team of the player that won the auction, and then I had to see that he didnt have the player we were just biding for.

it's not about the 2 tokens, but when am I gonna find a nother guy with the same skills on the normal transfer list

By the way, played on my pc with an 32.000 kBit, so the hardware cant be the issue
