Want to complain--Server down during the match and changed my result

To whom it may concerns,

I don't know what was actually happened..i had match less then 5 mins ago...I am leading 4-1 and at the middle of 2nd half and dominating the match.. Suddenly top eleven went offline..i just logged in 2 mins ago and guess what.. I lost 2-0..and dropped to 2nd position...b4 that I am 1st and better then that team 2 points (he was in 3rd position)...supposed to be 5 points now..but I am now behind 1 point instead and would drop to 3rd coz the 2nd position team (supposed to be) is not yet play his match...
My team name: FC Sir Dang at level 3 ..
I am managing another 2 teams at level 4 and 5 as well...
PLs help to solve that issue...

When the server crashes during a match, the results are simulated without managers' input.

It doesn't happen very often. It is unfortunate but that is how it deals with crashes.

Guessed could not do much...now Im climbing back to 2nd..1 point behind..huhuhuhu...
Luckily..my other 2 teams still doing well...both top of the table and 1/16 at CL n Cub as well...
