Problem with posession in game

I have a problem. When i start playing in leage or friendly match. Is alway's my posession 20 % and opponent have a 80 %. And it's a reason why i don't win anymore?! My avarage rate 45... and opponent have 20. How can i lose this game. When i use motivation pack, and maximize my motivation, it doesn't help. I am mad....

My avarage is 41,6

post a picture with your formation, in order to don't have any problem with possesion you should have at least 1 st, 3 defenders and 2 midfielders and one player on both sides.

I think he is using his hands without brain permission and that`s illegal too ?

Oh men, you need to have at least 1 player on each sides (left and right), your problem is solved like I said get a player on the right and left side and your possesion will be ok
