token purchase stopped working

I have no clear understanding why purchasing tokens has stopped working i normally purchase the maximum at any time but now my apple account only on top eleven works intermittingly i have no card issues.

How do i just purchase nordeus game card to get tokens until this is sorted its affecting my game play. I cannot find anywhere online to purchase all help appreciated.

I am not clear what the issue is, there are ways to buy Tokens on Facebook too, as well as the methods on the Main Site.
