my team didnt win a game !! after 10 seasons of 1st or 2nd places

Something strange is going on with my team
For 10 seasons, I won many times 1st place in the league, champions league and cup . But this season my team didn't win even a single game!!! (not even close to win - and only 3 draws )
How could it happen?

This game is weird. Players with abilities are useless,a lot of injuries and so on...
Always keep your players morale on superb and condition more than 75% .
