Can't login to top eleven

Hello all I have been trying to log on my iPhone 5 and it keeps saying page not found? What's this all about?

I've had this problem too, here's what you do:
1) Kill the top eleven app (on task manager)
2) Go to a place where your internet is strongest
3) It should work (it does for me)
