Can't login to top eleven

[problem]

Hey everyone I'm new here so if this not the right place to post please move it.
Ok--- I tried few times to login with my computer to top eleven (in my iphone work perfectly).
after I login this not show me the progressbar to load the game !
this stuck but this so me just the tool bar ...
anyone know how to fix this problem?

I've had this problem too, here's what you do:
1) Kill the top eleven app (on task manager)
2) Go to a place where your internet is strongest
3) It should work (it does for me)
