    Angry Lost my Token

    Dears,

    There is some technical issue when buy a player I lost 3 or 4 Tokens to buy a player but there is no response from the
    game just mention waiting and the estimated time has been finished and did not win the player and this is not
    Acceptable, kindly check my problem as soon as possible and your fast reply is highly appreciated.

    salut a tous voila jai le meme probleme depuis des mois je me suis lever un matin et jetais a moins 100 token je ne peu plus acheter un joueur a par mettre ma carte de credit quand je revend un de mes joueur mon credit de token revien a moin 1 token puis apres etre vendu il ce remet a moin 100 token sa commence serieusement a me gonfler la surtou que sa doi faire 10 message que je laisse a votre site de maintenance merci de bien prendre en compte mon probleme cordialment

    Count yourself lucky, I have just lost nearly 100 tokens overnight!!!...They seem to have vanished into thin air!!!

    They tend not to refund tokens if it was a connection problem. All I can say is file the request with Support and see what they say.

    I would not say it was a connection problem as last night when I logged off my laptop I had about 230 tokens...When I logged in this morning I had 143!

    I have logged an incident with the suppport guys...

    There *is* a direct link to Support in the Main Menu of this Forum. There has been for a long time: Lost my Token-untitled.jpg it would be redundant to Sticky a link.

    All problems with Tokens should be reported there. NOT HERE. This is only the Forum, we cannot do a thing about it.

    If a post was automatically filtered as spam we have to manually approve it, sometimes this is not instant, as there is not someone here 24 hours checking, sorry.

    Il existe déjà un lien à l'appui dans le Forum, il serait redondant Sticky un.

    Tous les problèmes de jetons doivent être signalés il. PAS ICI. Ce n'est que le Forum. Nous ne pouvons pas faire une chose à ce sujet.

    Si un poste a été automatiquement filtré comme spam, nous devons approuver manuellement, parfois ce n'est pas instantané, car il n'y a pas quelqu'un ici 24 heures vérifiais, je suis désolé.

    Aussi c'est le Forum ANGLAIS, donc s'il vous plaît poster en anglais pr utiliser un traducteur afin que nous puissions lire ce que vous dites.
