As these are abandoned teams they don't change formations. You can try and find previous matches from that team. But apart from that, in this case it was quite easy to figure out.Just for symmetry's sake you could add another ST and an MR as >90% play with symmetrical formations. So you have 2 ST, ML-MC-MC-MR, and a DMC. That just leaves 3 defenders of which one is a left DC, so again for symmetry's sake, there can only be 3 DC's, so 3-1-4-2- was the only logical formation you could expect.
