Video was not completed yet

A lot of the time when i watch a Matomy video and it's been happening over the last few days, even though i've watched the videos all the way through it still Says Video was not completed yet. It doesn't do it all the time but does it with various ones. Is anyone else having this problem. If so is there a solution to this problem, or is it a problem at Matomy's end?

Apparently you aren't the only one. Others on here have been having issue with Matomy.

Of course, try clearing all cache, cookies and data and restart computer to see if it works... also maybe try another browser, I have better luck on Firefox than chrome. I use chrome for Forum and mozilla for game and video watching.

even on mozilla firefox it is still doing the same.

I get it with some of them, some work. hopefully they will fix it

It's started working again, not for all of them but for some of them.

i opened a post with the similar problem, and i continue equal
