The picture isn't clear as to the problem. Kind of looks like a drawing error. So the "click here" isnt clickable is what you are saying? It should be throughout the match, not just at the end (works on my ancient android, not so sure about iProducts). If it isn't clickable at all, then maybe you should send a request to Nordeus Support Also you could try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.

It is best to have them filled out before, then you only have to change the ones you subbed.
