Unable to access Facebook account have i lost almost a years worth of gameplay?

I've somehow lost access to my facebook account and I've been playing for almost a year, I've had to create a new facebook account.

Is there anyway the administrators can help get it back or transfer it to my new account?

ask facebook suport they may help you to recover the old acount.
i hope you have the e-mail acount from your old FB creation ready.
