    how to top up via mobile

    hi all... please help why i cannot top up via my mobile... always error... need somebody to help... when i click show connection problem but my connection very fast please help

    If you are on wifi try restarting your router. Sometimes that fixes connection errors. Also, restart the phone. But if that does not fix it you might want to put in a request for assistance at Nordeus Support
