    Have you tried launching FB app and signing in there before launching T11 app? This usually works for me.

    That works most times. Also, if you are accessing via WiFi it can sometimes help to restart your router.

    You might have to turn to Nordeus Support for more ideas/how to fix.

    My connection is always reset during matches that I end up losing in level 4
