Lost a winning game !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Few minutes ago i had a league game.
I have attended the match and around 30 minutes i was ahead by 3-0.
Suddenly the reload screen came and when i tried to reload, it showed that (( Connection Closed)) under the circulating T11.
After several try the game reloaded and i noticed that i lost that match by 1-3.!!!
And even i was not present to watch the match.!!
What is happening?
Is there anyone having the same kinda experience?

when there is a server issue, the games that were being played or affected by the issue are simulated without manager input. It is a backup plan to make sure that games were completed, instead of having an issue and having to push games back, creating another issue

It's not very common I think. It happened to me 1 time in in 14 month. But it may depend on what server you are. But it`s frustrating

I have only had it happen once, as well. It is super frustrating, but that's how they resolve a crash.

I had exactly same issue today. I was winning 1-0 and connection was reset. When I re-connected after several tries I lost the match 0-1 and I was not present in the game.

This was a crucial match to stay at the top in the league and I lost it.

The worst part was after I lost the home game. The same team challenged me for a friendly and there was no change in the squad or formation. Take a look at the result.

Take a look at the time between the two matches. Hardly any difference between the two but the results are vastly different.
Hardly any difference in the morale, condition or other factors though the match I lost was surprisingly home match where I have more possession while the match I won was an away match. I have no words to describe just dumbstruck.
