Auction problem

Today in the 2nd or 3rd round of an auction, while 'leading but not eligible for next round' i was not able to make a bid. I had enough tokens, and never experienced any synchronization problems (auctions always work, live games start on time erc.).
I play through the cellphone app.
Any ideas why this happened?

I have no idea why dude, I had this problem a while ago aswell after round 3 or something. But this time it was on ma laptop! So weird.. thankfully I won the auction cus nobody bid after me, but so weird!
Mine was a Nordeus player as u can see in the screenshot of my topic. Maybe thats why? ANd mine was a 3 player (lowest u can get in the transfer market) and all other players at the auction were 2 lvls lower than myself.

I have had the same problem to ! After i make my bid first in 4rd round , i was not able to make a bid in 5th round ..."not eligible for next round" !!! I WANT MY TOKENS

Sorry guys you wont get your tokens back!, its really anoying I know, Ive been there!, its down to the server/internet provider when theres a break in connection! for you guys it been unlucky its happened right at the critical bidding time!, all you can do is put it behind you and move on!, dont bid from you phone or dont wait till the last few seconds.

this is bull****, my friend ... this is not our problem - Three different human , three different countries - same problem at the same time . This means that three different internet providers had problems at the same time ... to assert such a thing is not serious . I made my bid at the beginning of the 4th of round . in 5th round nobody could to make a bid ... this is a problem in the game .we buy tokens with real money and it is normal to be compensated ...because someone in "Top Elevan" has not done his job properly
