It's normal before the server restart... I see it's already day 1 of new season in your screenshot so I think it's not ok.
Not so many achievements:

After last reloading, some five star player appeared, but it will expire in 5' or not much more, I think that also this isn't ok
I have the same problem, no players at all or players expiring up to 4 minutes

same problem for me, day 2 of season...
Same Problem.... been 3 days in the new season, no 5 star players since the beginning!!!!

I have also one of my team on the New transfer market, i have noticed that you neded to watch the market for about an hour, sudently there Will be 5* player with less that 5 minutes to end the auction, see the hour they appear, every hour at the same time Will appear 5* player! but always with less that 5 minutes to the end of the auction, so you need to be quick.
This works this way for my team, but there are o a lot of diferences in the markets now days, but you dont lose nothing in trying.

I also have a problem with the Market. I'm trying to sell the players from the two weeks, I issue them a few times a day and no one would buy it. Players have 110 and 109 rating.
