I think the team in which is this player is not in same server as you.
BTW from where did you got so much tokens?:D
Possibly the player elected to reject all offers.
Tokens? Maybe he took advantage of the sale on Faceook. :)

Additionally i got this tokens from some offers in topeleven website 😉
My only other guess is that he put the player on the transfer market, so he can't have negotiation offers if he is on the TM
