I think the team in which is this player is not in same server as you.

Possibly the player elected to reject all offers.

Tokens? Maybe he took advantage of the sale on Faceook.

You can't see players from other servers unfortunately

My only other guess is that he put the player on the transfer market, so he can't have negotiation offers if he is on the TM
