You cannot use the anonymous, apparently it's just like some of the adblockers and stops T11 from seeing you properly.
Expressed above is my own opinion. ☻ Your results may vary.

Please use another browser, deactivate your addblocker and try it again. Deactivate your Addons and Plug-Ins, too. Some Addons and Plug-Ins are working like a Addblocker. If it doesn´t work after that please contact our Support.
