Why no sub on the 2nd injury? And before anybody asks the obvious, yes auto subs set up. This game engine just keeps proving how bad it is.

Let me guess...Y Baes is AMC or DMC ? Auto sub works perfectly on flat formations if your subs got miltiple roles ;D
yet.. there is no way to set auto sub for AMC and DMC.

Those fall under the midfield category.

My only guess is that they play the same positional category for auto subs, and you only had 1 available auto sub player. You could have had a player with a red card which prevented them from being auto subbed

I have a MC and a DMC in my midfield subs and a DMC in my defence subs, the MC was injured first and subbed by the MC but, no second sub was made
