Then possibly it was an internet connection issue. "Service unavailable" is not a message I've ever seen from Support.
They do not "lock out" people from bids, why stop someone from spending a T or ten? Makes no sense.
Glitches do happen though, from unsynched clocks (http://forum.topeleven.com/bugs-tech...-computer.html) and connection issues.

And 24 hours later, I still can't log in to raise this with support, I constantly get "503 service unavailable" page.
What's in a name? On FPL we had a Nordeus Corp. people do that, to be funny, or to intimidate, or just cos they aren't creative, or don't want anything personally identifiying in their name.
Have you tried the normal things: Clear all browser data, Flash data & restart your Router & computer? That sort of message indicates internet problems for me, I'd start with the router... (sometimes I can get to the game from FB but not the main site, that's when the router gets reset)
The problem is not Support, I have been able to log in there no problem.
