transfer market

hey i am lvl 2 and its first day
i am on my phone and when i go for transfer market it crashes and says cant load retry something like that on computer its normal but i like top eleven on my phone i already lost a cup match because my players are too weak
help plzz

On the app there is little that can go wrong. Make sure you have a strong internet/network connection. Try deleting the app's saved data, and if that doesn't work uninstall & re-install the app.
