    Uhm, I'm not sure what you aren't clear on.

    I believe it is because of licensing agreements; enough Tokens to acquire the Item must have been purchased with actual money before getting the Item and sending it as a gift.

    Only I will know you better and true friend of mine is going to reach 99 Tokns it is earned not bought the game, so he can not send me a shirt?
