Won the auction, no player?

Hello,

Won an auction for a player, still no player.
Every time I log in, it tells me i've won.

I had the same problem few days ago with 3 player ....but after 1-2 hours I actually got 2 of the player in my team, but I stiil dont know what happened with the 3rd player ..If anyone could help me I would be grateful ..

Same thing happened to me, pretty awesome losing tokens and get nothing in return...

Delays can happen if he was scheduled in a match or if your or the seller's device clock doesn't match the server's. You should receive the player within a few hours of the auction. If you haven't, send a request (with any relevant screenshots if you have) to Nordeus Support
