Problem with Tokens

Hello everyone. 1-2 hours ago I have bought 176 tokens for 17,99€, and now i have no tokens and no money. I have tried once more, app said - "You have already bought but your request is not yet download". So, no money and no tokens. Have tried on iPad, appears - "You have not enough money". Can you help me with this problem? Screenshots i have. Sorry for my english.

Tokens issues can only be resolved by Nordeus Support

Depending on payment type sometimes it isn't instant. Send them all the information about what happened and they can fix.
