Not getting rest, treatments, morale from Olive Garden Video in USA

Not sure what is causing not getting rest, morale, treatments from Olive Garden video in the USA? It has been well over 2 months and no rewards when viewing their video? It is the only one BUT it is played so often. Can anyone help?

Been a month that they disabled boosters on facebook for italy.. They just put no a fake (Tim-mobile company) offer where you would have to check their site in order to gain a booster... u do that and nothing happens ;D can't close it cause if i did, the offer window would just disappear and i would only be able to buy them or ask a friend.
Been two weeks that i don't get any offers on the iPad also..
Never got the Android device to give me an offer for boosters
Forced to watch all games and pray i don't get two games in less than 6 hours cause then im f***ed up ;D
o well... It became really hard to play on my alternative teams, main team aint a problem but thoes alt teams are ;D
