21 Tokens disappeared in the bad U-21

Yesterday I had 27 Tokens.
I signed the bad (**) U-21, which is supposed to value 0 Tokens and 21 Tokens have disappeared.
I still have the good (****) U-21 ready to sign in my players list, which value 21 Tokens.
Now I have only 7 Tokens
I haven't bid for a week and I am sure I have saved more than 20 Tokens for next season.

Any idea?

maybe you completed an offer and then did something that took that offer away?

I am sure I didn't any offer nor did buy anything in the shop, nor accelerated any construccion. Didn't anything that costs any Token.

Could be a glitch, worth asking at Nordeus Support

I contacted Nordeus support, and they say that I lost 21 Tokens because anouncers have rejected my offers of june.
Well, I am sure I only watched videos, I didn't cheated on this [I neither know how to].
So, probably, i will lose many tokens of july and later.
What it is supposed I should do?
I just wach videos. Should I do anything else than watching?
