transferring players with a negative budget

how it is possible to buy a player if you have a negative budget? Is this a fair game or not? I want my tokens back,it is the second time it happens

At the start of the bidding if the manager has enough money for the player he can bid for the player as much as he wants without worrying about not being able to win him because of lack of funds. He has to get back into positive budget within 7 days or his best player will be sold to try and cover the debt. If he is still in debt then his next best player gets sold.

That is usually how it is done. Someone is in 2 different biddings so when he started for both he could afford one but combined he is in debt

The most expensive player will be sold first, in terms of market value, which may not actually be the highest Q or best player.
